FAQ

One document, no calls. Positioning first, vanity metrics never.

q01

What exactly do you do as a fractional CMO?

I act as your senior marketing leader without the full-time hire: I fix positioning, sharpen messaging, set pipeline priorities, and leave a written plan your team can run. Async by default: one document, no calls.

q02

What company size is this for?

Teams of 1 to 15 people: founders, micro-SaaS, bootstrappers, small B2B services. If you have layers of middle management, I am not the right fit.

q03

How do we work if there are no calls?

Async: one sharp document per decision. You get the diagnosis and the options, and the next moves arrive in writing. No status meetings, no workshops that end in slides nobody reads.

q04

What is a positioning audit?

A teardown of how your brand explains itself: homepage, LinkedIn, offer pages. What is vague, what is believable, and the exact rewrites.

q05

Do you report vanity metrics?

No. No impressions theatre, no follower counts as success. Pipeline signals only: qualified replies, booked intros, proposal requests.

q06

How fast do we start?

First document in 5 business days after intake answers. Three written answers from you, then I deliver.

q07

Do you execute or only advise?

Strategy document plus exact copy blocks and priorities. Your team executes. I do not run ads day-to-day.

q08

How is this different from an agency?

No account managers, no juniors on your budget, no retainer lock-in theatre. Senior work only, in writing.

q09

What do you need from me to begin?

Offer URL, last 10 lost deals in one line each, and analytics access you already have.

q10

How do we stop if it is not working?

Monthly, no long lock-in. If document one does not sharpen a decision, you stop.
